I was at my peak when I pursued cricket professionally.
When I started playing as a hobby, the standards didn’t demand me to stay supremely fit. Plus I lost a sense of purpose with fitness.
Years later, I realised poor health has only downsides. I have had my problems with irregular exercises and stress eating, and I have always lived in “There was a time I used to be fit…” delusion.
In 2026, I will not only achieve, but beat my peak performance and discipline.
I also sense if I don’t do this now, I will not do this ever. Health and fitness will always remain what if scenarios in my head.
I don’t want that.
